Managing files and document before for me was a really stressful day. If I am going to focus on organizing and filing all the papers and folders on the office I would take days to finish it and there is nothing that I could finish on the other task if I am going to do it. So what I did was to have an hour for just organizing the document. But when computer was created and I started using the computer for making the files, documenting and creating paper works. My tasks was lessen, organizing was much better because I can only do it with the computer and we all know how easy it was to do it on the computer as well as I can save spaces on the files because it can be stored on a soft copy. Then I started to use internet, and uploaded some files on some websites where they can allow you to store your files online. Now electronic document management was very and simple for me to do. I do not have to spend so much time looking for the files where I often overlook the files and search for it again and again. Organizing and sorting the files was easy and even editing for a new files or an existing let me save time.
